Custom Designed Sprinkler Systems
Our dedicated team of fire sprinkler engineers can survey and design a fully-compliant automatic fire protection system to counter any potential fire hazard risk.
Our design engineers are all vastly qualified, with upwards of 30 years fire protection industry experience. They can engage any project, even at pre-design stage, to offer the kind of advice and guidance that may very well save clients time, trouble and expense at a later date.
We are fully approved by The Loss Prevention Council.

Surveys & Design
From our own professionally conducted survey, or specifier’s plans, plus data about the location and role of the property, together with insurer’s recommendations and requirements, we will prepare fully detailed CAD design proposals. These will be prepared in full compliance with current LPCB rules to BS EN 12845 and will include full pressure and flow calculations. Accompanying the drawings will be itemised costings, suggested time-scales, compliance confirmation, plus H&S and planned procedure reports.
Fabrication
As one of the very few fire protection specialists to incorporate their own fabrication unit, we can manufacture and assemble all our pipework systems in controlled conditions, prior to delivery to site. Having our own fabrication facility affords us greater control over quality and time-scales, and also enables us to manage costs by removing the need for third-party suppliers.
The Besseges fabrication service is also available to other companies in the fire protection industry and any other industry requiring the supply and fabrication of pipework in general.
Installation
All system installation is carried out by our own permanent fitting teams, or by carefully selected, vetted and supervised sub contractors who carry approvals to meet the latest compliance and our own exceedingly high standards.
All installations are fully inspected and tested by our own staff to approved standards in line with the latest regulations, and clients are provided with full Certification of Compliance and Approval.
Maintenance
Besseges offer a programme of planned servicing designed to ensure your fire protection system is maintained to always operate at the maximum standards of efficiency. Regular service schedules are also required to meet the requirements of the LPC and clients fire insurers.
We also provide a 24/7 emergency call-out facility, supported by a comprehensive stock of parts and spares held within our fully stocked stores.
Recent Projects
With a lively order book we are constantly designing, fabricating and installing automatic sprinklers and other fire suppressant systems on a national basis. Among more recent projects however, we can list contracts in London Heathrow T5, St. Pancras International, the O2 Dome, plus numerous ASDA store new-build and refits nationwide.
